Return Policy

We operate a 14 day return policy, which means that after receiving your item you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@byemily.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Promotional items that you receive for free and pay only the shipping costs cannot be returned. All returns with a request for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived for returns for which a voucher is requested.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please read our item descriptions carefully. Please note that the color of the photos may differ slightly from the actual item due to the lighting during the photo shoot or the display.

Occasionally there may be a problem with an order. We are all just human! If this is the case, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred due to an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Our responsibility

Defective product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
Wrong item sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.

Your responsibility

oops! Somewhere along the way you may have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it is up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we will not be able to refund your item.

Incorrect address: If you have made a mistake in the address. We are not responsible for orders that are not received because the customer provided an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase.
